First Day Cover NOA Ship Oceanographer “Trackline 1970”.

This first day cover signed signed by H.R. Lippold of the NOA Ship Oceanographer is in fine used/ cancelled condition all typing, stamping and signature are clear and legible. Postage date stamp is faded but can see it postmarked Feb. 2 1972 out of the state of Washington! A rare and unique first day cover!
