Very rare Vintage PARA (PARÁ) Military / Navy Wall Plaque, Crest, Tampion

I cannot find another example of this tampion and cannot find a naval ship which was called Para / PARÁ incorporating this Neptune figure. Note the accent over the Á !

Solid cast brass crest mounted on a Harwood backplate plinth. 

17cm wide, 19cm long.

Dated around 1960 - 80’s

Good used condition for age, with some superficial wear, marks, scratches.
