All our shipments are through FedEx Ground and packages require signature on delivery.

Returns
Comphub allows returns of laptops up to 30 Days after laptop has been delivered for Defective item. 14 days for Change of Mind/ ordered by Mistake. Important: Any physical damage has to be reported within 5days of delivery. Please make sure to keep the box, accessories and all packaging within return period. Please contact us to obtain RMA for your return.
Returns without authorization number will not be accepted. If you want to return the item for any other reason other than broken or dead at arrival, at least 15% (Open Box/ used) fee will be charged. All returns because of “refused by recipient”, “wrong address”, “no signature” will be charged at least 15% fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
