The cards in this lot are 15 to 30 years old but they are all in outstanding, near-mint condition. It includes regular issue and specialty cards from Topps, Upper Deck, Leaf, Score, Donruss, Fleer, Stadium Club, Bowman, Ultra, and more. There are some premiums, inserts and oddballs. After hours of sorting, this lot has been created with just this one single grouping. This lot includes only NEW YORK METS Baseball cards and they are all of TIM TEUFEL. You will receive some outstanding and unique cards in this lot, (as pictured!).
This lot is great for a novice or an experienced collector. This lot has a very low starting bid and the postal cost has also been kept low. All the cards in this lot have been photographed for you to view!
TIM TEUFEL was a Major League Baseball infielder for 10+ seasons and played for 3 different clubs, the Minnesota Twins from 1983-1985, the NY Mets from 1986-1991 and the Padres from '91 to '93. He won a World Championship as a member of the 1986 New York Mets. Overall Tim hit .254 with 86 home runs and 379 RBI during his career. The Connecticut native played in the College World Series as well and coached after his career ended. He was a coach in the Mets system 2001-2002 and a manager in 2003-2005. He stayed on as a coach and finally as a manager in the Venezuelan League before retiring in 2022.
This lot of cards was created from cards given to me as part of a huge collection of over 250 boxes of Baseball, Football, Hockey and Basketball cards. There are some complete sets, some boxes of wax, foil, or cello packs, some are rack packs and there are a zillion loose cards. If you're completing an existing set or just want these cards for your collection or for investment purposes, you can't beat this price and it's worth the price.
