Former library property in very good condition, functional when removed from service. Securely locks any standard CD/DVD size jewel case, making unauthorized removal of disc virtually impossible unless case is physically destroyed. No unlocking device included, but they can be opened manually using a strong rare earth magnet. Pictures are of actual items being sold. Fast shipping, quality packed, online trackable.
