• We usually do not accept lower offers on SALE/marked-down items.  We typically consider Best offers on multiple Quantities/Items, to account for combined shipping costs. 
• Best Offer does NOT mean we’ll just accept any offer sent to us.  Your offer needs to be reasonable.  Our prices are already fair for the good quality items we sell.
• Our standard discount is: 5% off Qty 2+.

Limited DOA Warranty

• We do not guarantee compatibility of our hardware with yours.  Please make sure you know what you’re bidding on and that it will work for you.
• We test the equipment as best we can and specify the condition in the description.  Please read the description carefully to determine the functionality of the unit you are bidding on. 
• WYSIWYG. If it’s not pictured AND described in our text, it’s not included.  This includes cables, adapters, manuals, disks, drivers, etc.
• Sometimes the “canned” eBay description is not 100% accurate for our listing. 
• Please ask if you have a question about what’s included.
• Tested, working units have a Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) warranty only.  
• DOA means buyer must test the item within 48-hours of receipt and make a claim by the next business day.
• Buyer may pay return shipping for DOA units, if applicable.
• AS-IS/parts-only units will be specified as such and retain no guarantee/warranty; they cannot be returned.

Shipping

• We package your item for safe shipment, re-using packaging materials and boxes where we can, as part of our environmentally friendly status as a Green Recycler. Our packing “peanuts” are biodegradable (they dissolve in water).
• Please inspect the shipment carefully upon arrival; damage claims must be made directly with the shipper. 
• We reserve the right to use the least expensive shipping method available, between USPS, Fedex or UPS, based on your location.
