            Cylinder Fixture SLA is designed to accomplish stability and serves as an anchor for a stable restoration. Cylinder Fixture is recommended for use in cases of particularly hard bone, or limited vertical bone volume, but it works well in all other cases. It enables smaller osteotomy resulting in minimal bone loss and reduces trauma.

It is a distinctive geometric structure and core design that provides minimal pressure on hard bone, ensuring exceptional primary and long-term stability.

Surface Treatment:

The method of surface treatment used for the fixture is based on SLA technology: Sandblasted, Large-grit, Acid-etched. It allows to  create the best rough surface topography required in fixture ntology, having shown advantages over other roughened fixture surfaces.

The surface is sandblasted with large-grit (250–500 μm), which results in a peak-to-peak macro-roughness of approximately 20–40 μm, followed by micro-roughness of approximately 2–4 μm upon acid etching.

Micro-rough surfaces increase the rate of cell spreading and the number of cells attached to the surface, and increase the rate that cells produce factors regulating the differentiation of bone-forming cells (osteoblasts) and reduce the activity of bone-destroying cells (osteoclasts). This process is unique to our company and based on years of experience and hundreds of thousands of fixtures manufactured and succesfully fixture ted worldwide.


Drilling Protocol:

The info presented in current drilling protocol, is based on wast experience collected by specialists using our fixtures all over the world. However, it is fixture to examine each case on its merits based on the ability to perform the procedure and the state of the patient’s jaw fixture transpires at the beginning. There may be changes according to the situation.

We recommend using a drill with diameter slightly smaller than the fixture in the case of soft bone condition. Together with that, consider using a similar drill diameter fixture intended for fixture in hard bone cases to avoid jaw trauma and ensure rapid bone building around the fixture.
