This is a high grade comic that has been stored in a collection, bagged and boarded (as per photo) in a temperature controlled environment throughout it's life. It has been very well taken care of since new and is in absolutely excellent condition. 

Any wear that I've noticed would have been highlighted in a separate photo, otherwise the photo displayed shows the condition which you can expect throughout the whole comic.
