I says there is a collector's patch included and I cannot see it.  I can't pull the item out of the box to check. I'm assuming it's not there so I'm including a collector's stamp # 3191H issued as part of the "Celebrate the Century" series, this stamp being the 1990s decade.  This was the shuttle that carried John Glenn as he returned to space in 1998 at age 77 on the Discovery. (See last picture)

We bought this many years ago in 1907, planning to make a lamp out of it for our 2 grandsons' space-themed bedroom.  Well, we never did and the oldest is now 20! So it's just been in a closet.
