Description

This is a nice, lightly circulated but still quite crispy, "Vingt" or 20 Francs “Treasury” note, as opposed to the more numerous designs of National Bank notes from the "Kingdom of Belgium". It is dated April 3, 1956, during the reign of King Baudouin I. He was the King of Belgium from 1951 until his death in 1993.

Face: B08 584973 • 03. 04. 56 • Lilac, violet and blue. • Roland de Lassus who lived from 1532 until 1594. He was a composer of the late renaissance.
 

Back: Philippus de Monte 1521-1603 was another renaissance composer. • Watermark: King Leopold I.
 
The Note: A crispy, lightly circulated note, it has been folded vertically but not horizontally and lightly soiled but has no edge or body tears and no pinholes. The note will be sent in a new currency holder that protects it. As grading is subjective, please see the pictures and judge for yourself.
