Nice decorative metal rose pattern 11" diameter hanging ceiling light fixture with a drop tassel bottom. The light does have 3 individual sockets.  It is marked on the center support pole Made in Italy, but the manufacturer is unknown. The light is made of metal with a worn gold finish.  The sockets and wires look original. The wire is sliced together and should be replaced. The light does work as shown. There is no ceiling mount hardware or canopy included with the light. Overall good condition. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Thanks for looking.
