We accept PayPal and bank deposit.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction closing.

Please make sure you use your user ID as a reference if you are paying by bank deposit, as it can be difficult to track payments

All items will be shipped to PAYPAL address. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. Otherwise, please advise after you punches. Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse, which is located in Melbourne, within 24 hours.

Item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.

When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number. You can use the number to track your order at theAustralia Post's website.

NO return or exchange will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

We only accept refund or grant exchange for the purchase price if this product does not meet your expectations or DOA. If you change your mind, we will still provide refund (exclude shipping cost) and you need to pay for the return postage.

The item must be fully resalable condition (clean and undamaged in original packaging). If you intend to return this item please email or call for instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fee.
