Labconco 195 Laboratory Vacuum Pump Powers On But No Further Testing Sounds Weak.

This came out of the surplus of a laboratory. I have no further information on it. I did plug this unit into 110 and possibly that’s not the right voltage but it did power up. It just sounds very weak. It looks like it is set to run on 110 or 230

There is an oily residue over the majority of this pump. My guess is it will need some work In order to operate at optimal condition.
