                Local Pickup in Hadfield  Victoria 3046

                    We use Australia Post (Regular Post) for most items 

                    courier company used for large and heavy items

                   Express post is available at  extra cost as requested

                  All items sent with tracking number

               We are not liable if goods lost or damaged by courier companies or Australian Post , we highly recommend  purchasing insurance cover.  

                Policy  cost is  $1.50. for every $100.00 of goods value .

  After purchasing an item please email us before payment so we can revise the  invoice with the insurance protection if requested

           

Returns:

                   Goods can be returned if incorrectly order within 10 days of purchase, unfortunately they will be 15% charge for storage fees.

                  Refund will be given once goods received back.

Please Note-Once Your Item Fund  Been Received,   We Will Release Goods On The Same Working Business  Day Or Max By 4  Working Business Days.

In Most CBD Areas Goods Can Be Received With In 3 Business Working  Days , Except Country Side, Northern Territory And West Australia It May  Take Up To 10 Days.

WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL ON COURIER COMPANIES  OR AUSTRALIAN POST FOR DELAYING OR LOOSING GOODS.
