This skirt is in excellent preowned condition. Fully lined and made of 100% cotton madras. Liner is also made of 100% cotton. This is a vintage piece from the 90s. Please check all your measurements before purchasing. I normally wear a size 6, but this skirt fits me, so I think it runs a little bag.
