The box - which is the more unusual Science Fiction generic graphic with Spock imprinted on side - is in poor condition - rips, water stains, crushing.

The Mask is very nice with the slightest hairline cracks around the hairline. 

Costume has two issues. One shoulder seam has parted at the seam - glue would fix.
One under arm has a two inch rip in the plastic (not the seam) would be trickier to fix but can't be seen from the front if you're using as a display piece. 

Overall pretty nice costume in a bad box.
