Old manuscript act on seven pages, dated 1805.  "Deed of delegation for the benefit of the creditors of Mr Scipion François Mathias D'ALENÇON officer in the service of Spain" (Note 1). By contracts signed before the notary of Vézelise (Meurthe-et-Moselle) the authorized representative of Mr. D'ALENÇON sold to Mr. OLRY owner residing in Vézelise approximately 800 acres of wood for 100,000 pounds tournaments. This sum, payable in several terms, will be distributed, in order, to:
- the estate of Mrs. D'ALENÇON the mother (for substitution remains on the land of Vandeléville by Messrs. CARDON De VIDAMPIERRE)
- to Mrs. Marie Rose Marguerite BRIQUENET, divorced wife of Mr. D'ALENÇON
- to Madame widow YVON residing in Ligny according to contract of 1792
