• Postage delays are not our responsibility so please show understanding at weekends, bank holidays and during any Royal Mail industrial action.
• Any problems, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. Honest mistakes do happen but we do our best to rectify quickly and efficiently.
• Regretfully, postage costs cannot be refunded unless agreed with us prior to any return.
• All of our standard post is sent with proof of postage references which we can supply in case of loss or damage to your item in transit. This does not guarantee a delivery time and is based on normal postal lead times.
• If you feel your item has been lost, it is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail with the delivery reference number we supply.
• Postage costs are non negotiable and are relative for the type of service we offer.
• Collection is available from our dealership
• We aim to get your purchase to you within five working days however, we often find that this is reduced to one or two days.
