Free U.K 3-5 Business Days Tracked Delivery Using An EvRi Economy Service. 

If You’d Prefer To Use A Different Courier, An Express Service Is Available. This will be a Parcelforce or DPD service and will be picked based on the size of the box.

If you have any issues regarding the delivery of your item, please get in touch before raising any disputes or leaving feedback. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation swiftly. If we don’t know about it, we can’t fix it, so please get in touch with us. 

Packaging

All our items are shipped using recycled packaging where we feel it is safe to do so. New packaging will be used on items that need the extra support. Bubble wrap and grey mailing bags will be used in some instances to protect the items on their journey to you. 

Shipping

  We have a 2 business day handling time here at The Drum Booth and our free shipping option is a 3 business days service.

   Orders placed on a working day after 3pm will be packed on the following working day and collected by courier the day after. 

  If you order before 3pm then the item will be collected by courier the following working day. The only change to this scenario would be orders on Friday after 12pm are not packed until Monday and not collected by courier until Tuesday. 

  For Express services, The handling time is the same but the time in transit will be quicker. 

  The eBay ETA when you place your order is accurate and factors in all of the above. 

Saturdays and Sundays are not working days at The Drum Booth.
