This 1978 1^st edition hardback book is in very good overall condition but does display signs of wear to the dustjacket and hardboard covers in the form of bumps to the edges and corners (see photograph) with the bottom corner of the back hardboard cover and dustjacket showing a significant bump.  Internally all pages are present, tightly bound, and free from tears, creases, and significant marks.  The book runs to 163 pages (23cm x 15cm), includes several interesting appendices, a selected bibliography, a general index, and is well illustrated throughout the text.
