We do not cancel a bid once it is placed nor do we cancel an auction once it is won so review pictures and description carefully. By bidding/buying the item you agree to the terms in our policies and further agree that this is the correct item/model/part/color/size/etc that you need and will handle any warranty issues with the respective manufacturer. What you see in the picture is what you get so do not assume something is included. When in doubt, please contact us so that we may answer any questions for you ahead of time.

SHIPPING/RETURNS

We offer Free Shipping on all items within the continental US to eBay/Paypal verified addresses only. We ship the most economical way possible in order to provide low pricing on our auctions. If you need something sooner, please contact us before paying to see what options are available and we can send you an updated invoice to include the difference in cost between the original shipping and the expedited shipping. We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment.

We Do Not accept returns unless in the rare occurrence, an item arrives DOA, it is damaged in transit or it varies greatly from the description (ie. wrong color sent). Please notify us within 48hrs of receiving your item if either of these scenarios apply and we will do our best to make it right. Keep in mind that using eBay’s automated return process and filing a false claim may result in eBay suspending your ability to use it in the future as well as a mark being placed on your buying account. We also take steps to identify our items in order to prevent fraudulent returns.  We do not take fraud lightly!
