Used Items:
We do not accept returns on our new items once they have been used (programmed or cut), however we do accept returns on our refurbished items even if it has been used, you will only receive a partial refund in this case
Faulty Items:
We always double check and test our items before posting so its very rare we send out a faulty item, however on the off chance if you receive a faulty item, please contact us and we will send out a replacement right away and will pay for the return postage

We aim to dispatch your orders within 24hours during weekdays (Mon - Fri) and Sat
Orders that come in before 12pm will be dispatched same day, orders that come in later than this may still be dispatched same day, however this is not guaranteed and will be dispatched the next day. Orders which are made after 10am on Sat will be dispatched the following Monday
Bank Holidays may affect this as the post offices are usually closed
Domestic Orders (UK):
We offer free second class postage on all items 3 - 5 days shipping time*
Faster First Class or Special Delivery Next Day options are also available at an additional cost at checkout
International Orders (EU and Rest of the World)
We offer Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service which has a shipping time 3 - 5 for EU orders and 5 - 7 days for worldwide
EU orders usually have VAT and other charges taken automatically at checkout, however for the rest of the world there may be a customs charge depending on the value of the items
If you would like delivery by DHL, UPS, FEDex or any other international delivery agency contact us and we can arrange this
Repair service:
Post your key to us which needs to be repaired using a tracked service (share tracking number with us) and package it well to avoid more more damage or loss, use bubble wrap and a sturdy envelope when possible
Include your Contact details (mobile number/email) and Return address
Once you post your key to us it will be repaired and posted back within 1 - 2 working days
