Shipping and Handling:

Domestic: Cards under $20 are shipped free via eBay standard envelope.  Cards over $20 are shipped via USPS first class mail in a bubble envelope.

International: All international shipping is done via eBay's global shipping program.  The shipping fee is decided by eBay.
