This is an OFFICIAL 1990 ALL STAR GAME (Vincent) Baseball signed by 3x All Star, 1996 World Series Champion, 2x AL Homerun Leader, 3x AL RBI Leader and former Blue Jays, Tigers, Yankees, Angels and Indians 1st baseman CECIL FIELDER in blue pen.  The signature rates a 9/10.  The ball itself is lightly toned and spotted throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
