The wood frame has a glass front and measures 23 1/4 x 16 3/4". Drawing is double matted in blue & gold.
The bottom has writing that says, "John Sulivan 200+# Blue Marlin 6-29-01 Punta Chuvato, BAJA, MEXICO."
