Badische Uhrenfabrik Furtwangen AG was a German Clockmaker based in Furtwangen, Germany
Approximately:

Outside tube diameter is 9mm at the widest point
Fits fully over a 4.25mm winding peg (tip is slightly larger)
A very clean example - No rust
