In creating 100% Gold Standard Isolate, Optimum Nutrition selects only the highest quality whey protein, which then undergoes a series of sophisticated filtration processes to "isolate" excess fat and sugar. A portion of this whey protein isolate is then hydrolyzed, i.e. broken down into smaller chains of amino acids. The end product is a complete protein containing no more than 0.3g of sugar, 0.4g of fat but 83% pure protein per serving!

Consumption recommendation: mix approx. 30g of 100% Gold Standard Isolate in 250-300ml of water, skim milk, fruit juice or your beverage of choice.
