What should we do if the clock doesn't work?
Check the battery. Please make sure the battery is in the correct position and doesn't run out.
Check the clock hands. Please make sure they are parallel. If the pointers are loose or droop, you can disassemble the clock according to our installation steps.
If the clock still doesn’t work, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will give you a satisfied solution.
DO NOT rotate the clock hands directly as it will damage the movement.
