Transformers G1 Decepticon Triple Changer Octane Vintage Figure made by Hasbro in 1986.

This figure has previously been used.  The figure will not transform.  Was not able to rotate the waist to allow the figure to transform properly into plane mode. The plastic is more on the yellow side than its proper color. The decals are in rough condition and have a lot of paperloss or peeling.  The chrome areas are worn and dull.  Some areas of the figure have some small paint marks. Does not come with the tail rudder, tanker top or flamethrower.  Only comes with what is seen in the photos.
