In 2014 I was fortunate to be able to buy the assets of Lowery Music Group which included Lowery Music Publishing, Southern Tracks Records and Southern Tracks Recording Studio.They had an amazing music archive of vinyl (Over 100,000 Pcs) going back to the Gene Vincent 50s,as well as all things related to publishing companies as in thousands of pieces of sheet music,contracts,cancelled royalty checks,record awards etc.....

Elbert Joseph "Bertie" Higgins (born December 8, 1944)[4] is an American singer-songwriter.[5] In 1982, Higgins had a top 40 album with Just Another Day in Paradise. It spawned the hit song "Key Largo", which referenced the Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall film of the same name and reached No. 8 on the US Billboard Hot 100, No. 1 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart and No. 50 on the Billboard Country chart.
