Delivery time might vary depending on a large variety of causes. If the item gets processed by the Customs Office, it might take even more time. Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges, which are not included in the item price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. So please check with your country’s Customs Office and regulations to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying to avoid yourself any unnecessary trouble. We can't be held responsible for any additional cost that may be charged upon your package at your customs office. 

Given delivery times are just an estimate - distant destinations may take even more for delivery, or if item gets processed in Customs office for instance. If you don't like to wait, please have this in mind - we don't have any way to make this faster - once we ship it (and its usually the next day from the day of your purchase) we don't have any power over it. Once again, if you don't like to wait (and can't use regular messaging for communication) please consider shopping elsewhere.
