Vintage RAF Panavia Tornado, Rolls Royce Aeronautical 'Transient Fault Monitor Test Kit', Turbo Union Ltd

This piece of equipment was used to monitor the performance of the Rolls Royce RB199 engine, as used on the military Tornado aircraft. 

Dated around 1980's

Manufacturing Plate: MOD serial number: 4920-99-785-9639, with British Military broad-arrow mark.

Turbo Union Ltd plate, which was joint venture between Rolls Royce, MTU & Fiat, to develop the RB199 engine, from 1969.

50cm x 26cm x 19cm approx

Potentially still in working order, but untested. 

Good used condition, with some superficial wear and marks etc
