There is a small hole on the black sleeve part but it doesn't go all the way through

There is a hole under the right eye where the stitches have come loose it could probably be stitched back together pretty easily

It has some staining on the white eyes

The hair is a bit frizzy

There are a few loose threads and damage on the tag
