Ian Black was an RAF Lightning & Phantom pilot. He is also a famous aviation photographer.

This is possibly his most famous photo. 

He followed (in another Lightning) this Lightning as it winged over on afterburner on a loop. Took this photo and here it is on a T.Shirt.
