Description:

- Container for spices, made of brass inlaid with copper and silver wire, from the First Half of the 20th century. These types of small containers were also used for salves and salves.

- The threads form geometric drawings, forming four panels, two of which contain oriental letters.

- In some small parts, the copper and silver wires have come off.

- The Container is made up of two parts. The side and the base. The side is made of a single piece, which is joined to the base by means of a tongue and groove around its entire perimeter.

- This type of work corresponds to those carried out at the beginning of the 20th century in Damascus (Syria), from which the name of Damascene comes, recovering the old Turkish styles, and following the ancestral methods of metal treatment. Similar styles have also developed in Persia and Arabia.
