Description

We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful white and gray grained turtle top marble top Victorian age parlor stand that is carved all the way around including the legs and skirts. It is a great table dating from the 1870s to 1880s. I am confident that it has had an overcoat applied at some point in its past, but it has a warm mellow touch to the medium walnut stain finish. The table consists of walnut and mahogany. It is all hand carved with the floral arrangements on the serpentine skirts and cabriole style legs. The four legs are joined together with cross stretchers in the center with a huge center finial that is an open cup. The overall size is 36 inches long, 26 inches deep and 30 inches high. The overall condition is good and tight. There are a couple of minute chips on the marble that we will detail out prior to shipping. It is a beautiful table to accent your parlor. Shipping starts at $225 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast. Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to obtain a quote for additional shipping outside of New England.
