Delicate old Cauldon Ware demitasse cup & saucer set - White & yellow bone china pieces are decorated with tiny pink roses. The cup has a pedestal foot and a leaf thumb rest. Both cup and saucer have scalloped rims trimmed in gold.
Both cup and saucer are in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. The saucer has some fine, clean crazing (See Photos)but the cup is not crazed. All gold trim is intact.
The set was made by Brown, Westhead & Moore (1862 - 1911), a pre-curser to Royal Cauldon. The company's crown mark is stamped on the bottom of the cup. The saucer is stamped with the company name and the Royal Warrant mark of Queen Victoria.
