Vintage Simplicity sewing pattern no. 1509, from the 1950's, is for making a dress for Misses with neckline and trim options. For size 14 (bust 32, waist 26, hip 35). Pattern has been used, but pieces were cut carefully and are still perfectly usable. The envelope is extremely raggedy, with the top part torn away, but the pattern inside is COMPLETE along with instructions.
