My items come from a smoke free environment. However, I do have a cat and I do not guarantee that it is 100% dust free

Most of my items are about C8-C7 unless stated for each particular items.

For MOSC (Mint on Sealed Card) or MISB (Mint in Sealed Box), I do not guarantee the state of the item inside the packaging.

Price tags maybe on the packaging

Mailing and total charges does not include any taxes incurred when mailing.

Combine shipping is welcomed, but please contact me for rates before bidding. 

Once item is won without agreement to combined shipping rate, each item's shipping will be counted as individuals.

No bargaining of shipping / combined shipping rates.

I use singpost (Singapore Postal Services) for shipping

Once payment is made, no cancellation is allowed as item would have been packed or sent through mail.

If you are very particular with packaging condition and not ok with the above conditions, please do not buy from me.
