A used Mullard ECL86 valve in working order.
It has been tested on an Avo Mk3 Valve Tester which can determine both plate current and transconductance, and the readings are good (slightly low on plate current on the pentode section, but still a good valve - see below).
This particular tube was made in Australia with the date/model code WS 2G
