Nice antique cast iron heat grate floor register, with decorative Victorian pattern. The louvers are complete and function as they should. This register is in a surface rust finish with some black paint remaining.  It is unmarked. The manufacturer is unknown. There are no cracks or breaks. There is a face screw missing as shown. The cover is firmly held in place.  Overall good condition. Please look over the pictures and ask questions if needed. Thanks for your interest.
