Romantic vintage lavender + periwinkle blue silk chiffon dress channels the super sexy yet demure.  Dress is actually sleeveless with attached/draped "capelet" - a split-front overly on the sheer bodice (both front and back)  gives it the look of flutter or butterfly sleeves.  Elasticized waist with long matching silk belt that can be tied either in a bow or left long.

100% silk chiffon is actually alternating sheer chiffon with "ribbons" of satin silk chiffon, giving it almost a metallic look (see pix.) and gives the illusion of delicate Fortuny pleats.  The silk in printed with paisley, small geometric squares and abstract lotus flowers in lavender, periwinkle, pinks and blues.

The skirt of the dress has two layers of alternating lengths to give it the "scarf" look and the top layer has 12" slits on ether side which gives it a flirty look - especially when you walk. There are rolled hems on the bodice and the skirt of the dress.
