Our 8mm underlay is Manufactured in the UK from recycled foam and is our most popular underlay, its our cheapest underlay but still gives a plush and soft feel underfoot.
Even though its cheap in price it is far from cheap in quality, which means you don't need to compromise quality over price.

Roll weight 10kg a roll, the rolls are heavy and bulky.
Our underlay is manufactured in the UK to UK standards from recycled foam, sizes are approximate and maybe be ever so slightly different.
Measuring thickness is difficult, we have a photo showing the thickness with a ruler, however it is difficult to measure from the edge as due to the cutting process it can compress the edges slightly, but please be assured our 8mm underlay is 8mm thick.
Usage
The underlay should be layed with the writing facing up, on wooden floorboards the underlay should be laid in the opposite direction to the floorboards and each run of underlay should be laid in the opposite direction butt upto the last row, this helps to prevent consistency issues in the underlay. The underlay should then be stapled to the floor, if on a concrete floor, spray adhesive should be used.
For best results use tape to tape along the joints, but it isn't totally necessary to do this.
Tools you may need:
• Utility Knife (with spare blades)
• Tape Measure
• Staple Hammer or Staple Gun
• Underlay Tape (for taping seams in the underlay)
Delivery
Our underlay is shipped by 48hr Parcelforce, tracking numbers are provided after purchase. You can track your package online at parcelforce.com, this is a better tracking option than the tracking Ebay will provide.
On the day of delivery you can track your package live on the parcelforce website.
All underlay is packaged the day after purchase for collection by Parcelforce, the underlay should arrive with you in 48hrs after collection, however due to size and the bulky nature of the underlay it can cause a delay at some sorting offices, due to van sizes, delivery can also take longer for the Scottish Highlands, Devon, Cornwall, NI, once collected by Parcelforce, delivery is out of our hands.
Any issues with delivery please contact us straight away, but you can also check using the tracking number provided.
Please note Parcelforce do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
