This classic design loon dollar is minted in proof finish in pure silver with gold plating AND it has colour on the reverse. This coin is taken from the 2020 colourised proof set. This coin has the traditional loon logo and the date 2020 on the reverse. On the obverse is the mint logo below the Susanna Blunt effigy of the Queen. Note that the obverse has a P mark below the queen to indicate the plating. It is 11-sided and 26.5 mm in diameter and weighs 7.89 grams (note that the loonie coin taken from the other proof sets weighs 6.27 grams). New lower mintage of the set is only 7,000
You will receive the loon dollar coin in a 2 x 2 cardboard holder. No certificate.
