COMBINED SHIPPING

Whenever possible we combine shipping/handling on multiple orders, even when not requested. When combined shipping is possible we pass whatever savings we can on to the customer. This is usually done via refund.

Please make sure we are aware of multiple orders when buying. We cannot guarantee combined shipping if the order(s) are not grouped, OR if a message is not sent making us aware. We always try to be fair and honorable in our transactions. 

 The limit for USPS 1st class is 16 ounces. If your multiple order exceeds 16 ounces we generally ship USPS priority which can limit shipping discounts.

PACKAGED ITEMS

 When shipping items in packages we sometimes remove some of the contents to verify size or style. If so we carefully replace the item(s) to be sold as New

RETURNS

 See our listings. Almost all show our free return policy.

 If not… 

We always honor returns that are the result of: Accidentally misrepresented item(s) – Broken or damaged item(s). We try to work with customers on all other return requests. We appreciate contact before filing a return request through eBay as we often are able to resolve the issue without the hassle of return shipping.

·         Our clothing items are 100% authentic brands - as described - and are bought ONLY from reputable retail outlets.

      Electronics and other items are tested, confirmed authentic and shipped securely with proper padding.

·         Many UNPACKAGED or New Without Tag items are bought in packages that are damaged and therefore discarded. We inspect these items for accuracy and condition.

·         We ship quickly. Usually every day. We ALSO deliver orders to the carrier promptly, 6 days a week. When we are unable to ship quickly, which is very rare, we increase our handling time appropriately which is shown on the listings.
