PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
All of our footwear and other items are custom made, therefore, our HANDLING time is a little longer. It takes 4-7 days to print, cut, assemble & package our footwear, including the time for inks to dry. They are shipped immediately after the item is ready, packaged and labeled.
Shipping to the USA can take up 30 days, but most ship sooner, depending on complexity of the design. International orders can take 45 days depending on customs. Please make note of this when placing an order.
Our designs are printed onto our products, therefore, footwear may have an 'ink' like odor, this is due to the fresh print & will dissipate in a day or two. Simply take your shoes out of the shoe box & allow them to air out overnight. This should speed up the process of the ink smell going away.

RETURNS
Due to all of our items being custom printed when ordered, we, unfortunately, can not accept returns for size issues. Please refer to size guides to insure accuracy. However, if the item is damaged, a size other than the one ordered was sent or there are any other problems with the product, please contact us through CONTACT SELLER button and we will assist you.

Please note that all of our designs are created by us and some design elements may include blurring, light opacity, scratches or other effects. These elements are on purpose to aid in the overall look and feel of the design. Please look at all photos, zoom in if needed, to make sure the design is a good fit for your tastes! Also take note that colors vary on different monitors, phone screens, etc. and we do our best to make accurate descriptions. Our items are custom made to order. Shoe design patterns have to be printed then cut out and assembled in your selected size as they are ordered. Therefore, USA customers, please allow approximately 21 days to receive your item. INTERNATIONAL orders can take up to 45 days. Tracking numbers will be provided for your order.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs or import duties. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying
