Fits a size 8 based on approximate measurements but please check these measurements very carefully.

Length 53 inches based on underarm to front hem.

Condition is new although this is an ex sample so may have the odd, very small defect. Nothing major or this will be noted separately. On inspection, I can’t see any but these may include:
