We accept all eBay approved payment methods.

We offer free shipping for every item we sell.  There may be an additional charge for areas classed as remote, this is always highlighted by eBay prior to purchase.
We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday each week, we aim to dispatch same day where possible or if not then next day.
Most of our deliveries are carried out by DHL on a next day service.

We're committed to offering high quality items at a competitive cost but we do understand that sometimes things don't work out. 
We run our returns policies in line with eBay, however please get in touch with us prior to opening a return as it's often the case that we can offer a suitable solution.

Returns are accepted if the item is not functional or as described within 30 days of purchase.

If the item you received is faulty, or it has missing parts, please contact us via eBay message or returns resolution centre, send a clear image of the fault, or an image of all items received. These will be looked at by our returns department, and they will inform you about the next step. 

The cost of returning the product will be at the customers expense if the item is returned after 30 days of purchase, also 20% restocking fees will be deducted. 

We regret that refund and return are not accepted if; 

If the damage is caused by misuse or abuse, mishandling, misassembly
If the damage is caused by improper handling and storage
If the damage resulting from improper maintenance
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear
The warranty doesn't cover return shipping

I've changed my mind and don't want the item anymore (within 14days of receiving)
You must notify us of your intent to return the item to us through using eBay Message service. Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and original invoice.
A full refund of the order total will be processed however; the Buyer is responsible for return postage cost and insurance.
