This auction is for 1 full length album featuring the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. This is a limited edition copy of the album "Dangerous", released in 1991, and features a huge pop up sleeve in place of the standard jewel case. The insert features the classic Dangerous artwork in pop- up format, a beautiful original gold CD and the original booklet under the CD tray.

Now, this item has traveled extensively and has suffered some water damage to the front edge, which is obvious on the cover sleeve, however, opened up and touched up with some black hobby ink, the item is a fantastic piece of MJ- memorabilia. The CD is so clean and perfect- it's likely never been played, certainly not by us. It's had two owners, us included, to our knowledge and has had very little use. The inlay booklet and the artwork is in fantastic shape and this beautiful bundle is a must- have for any fan or collector.

SHIPPING/ HANDLING

We ship all orders within ONE business day of receiving payment from you. Your item will be shipped using the services of USPS. If you prefer expedited shipping, please review the shipping options below. All orders are carefully packed for shipping using hard backed envelopes, sturdy tubes/ boxes or reinforced flat- rate shipping envelopes or boxes from USPS. Our goal is for 100% of our orders to be delivered in pristine condition, regardless of destination.

We do not charge handling fees.

International Shipping

We use first class mail or PRIORITY Flat Rate International (USPS) for all international orders. We highly recommend shipping insurance and tracking, however, this is up to, and the responsibility of-. the buyer to request and pay for. We will not be held responsible for any undelivered items not secured by tracking/ insurance nor charges relating to customs or individual country import fees. Please research, in advance, any customs or import fees that may be applicable in your country.

Combined shipping

We are more than happy to combine shipping on items purchased at the same time- or within 7 days of each other. If your invoice doesn’t specify combined and/ or free shipping (based on bulk purchases) and you believe that it should apply to your purchase, please let us know prior to making a payment and we’ll check to see what, if anything, we can do to minimize your costs.

Please be aware that, due to shape/ size of different products, combined shipping may not always be an option.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS

All items are sold “as is”, however, we do accept returns and will be more than happy to try to resolve any issue you may have with any of our products. For qualified requests, we can offer either a refund or, when applicable, a replacement item.

Although we strive for 100% of our orders to be delivered in pristine condition, regardless of destination, we realize that sometimes things do happen along the way. Should your item arrive damaged due to transit, we will be happy to refund your shipping costs for returning the item to us.

Qualifying reasons for a refund/ replacement include:

• Item was misrepresented in the auction listing
• Item arrived damaged/ broken
• Item was not delivered

Non- qualifying reasons for a refund/ replacement include:

• Customer changed their mind and no longer wants the item
• Customer found the same item cheaper somewhere else
• Customer bought the item by mistake/ in error
• Customer failed to read the item description in its entirety
• Items “didn’t fit”, despite correct labeling in description
