A well-preserved Very Good+ to Near Fine copy of this vintage digest. This copy faired extremely well in long-term storage*. The outer covers are brilliant; still glossy, with the colors vibrant! There are a few short, light creases on the FC: along the spine edge, at about center, light horizontal creases and faint creases along the lower FC fore-edge. A tiny snag at the upper spine and light rubbing along the spine edge.
The inner front and rear covers remain clean and bright, though the text block has tanned, with the outer edges of pages a bit darker. That said, the pages remain very pliable and firmly bound - with the staples still shiny! An superb example of this early Venus title.
*Provenance:
I acquired a number of high grade paperbacks, digests and pulps in the early 2000’s, which had been in undisturbed storage for nearly 50 years. Because of how they were stored some may show storage warp (i.e.) impressions of other smaller books to covers, etc. This will always be noted in any listing from this collection. Most items obtained range from 1948-1968. All of which, at some point, will be listed here.
